Aishwarya’s Jazbaa Registers 30% Increase On Box Office Over The Weekend
Though it was less-than-impressive start, the Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s comeback movie Jazbaa registered a 30 percent increase over the weekend. Across India the movie collected Rs 15.24 crores and another 1.2 million Dirhams in the UAE. In Pakistan it collected 3.5 PKR.
Jazbaa has been released across 1500 screens in the country and 400 screens abroad. The movie has beaten the last release tool of Aishwarya and is also the highest opening of Irrfan Khan.
Aishwarya’s last movie was Guzaarish, released some five years ago.
The earnings of Jazbaa ware shared on Twitter by trade analyst Taran Adarsh, which is as below:

The movie is produced by Nittin Keni and Akash Chawla of Zee Studios, and directed by Sanjay Gupta. It is an action thriller film inspired by Korean movie 7 Days.
Girish Johar of Zee Studios confirmed the first day was a decent start and the evening and night shows were packed up. On Day 1 Jazbaa collected Rs 4.23 crores and on Day 2 the earning was Rs 5.49 crores. The movie collected Rs 5.52 on Day 3.
Jazbaa is a family movie and very much that is expected. It will leave audience thinking why it is so relevant in today’s world.
