ASUS Zenfone 4 Max May Hit Indian Shelves In July: Geekbench

The upcoming Zenfone 4 Max from the stable of ASUS has just been announced with a massive 5000mAh non-removable battery and 4GB of RAM.

A Geekbench listing hints the ASUS_ZO1KD is not far off from hitting the Indian shelves and to come in two variants in terms of processor – octa-core Snapdragon 430 and quad-core Snapdragon 425.

Geekbench adds the Zenfone 4 Max scores 855 points in single-core test and in multi-core test the score stands at 4127 points.

The phone will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box and to be equipped with a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.

It will sport a 5.5-inch FHD IPS screen and 64GB of on-board storage.

Gamesarena writes the in-box charger is weak at just 10W and will take about 4 hours for complete charge. However, a 15-minute charge will be able to give about 3 hours of talk time. The battery will not heat up during charging.

ASUS may be price tagging the Zenfone 4 Max between Rs 14k and 15K in Indian market.
