Bihar Elections: BJP Announces Holding 600 Rallies
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is reported to be holding 600 rallies in Indian state of Bihar in the state election covering 243 constituencies.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and party’s national president Amit Shah will be leading a total of forty star campaigners. Party sources reveal venues of 200 rallies are being finalized for the first phase.
The first phase of poll in Bihar is scheduled to be held on October 12.
PM Narendra Modi to address his first rally, out of twenty, at Banka on October 2. The other venues are to be announced soon for Modi as well as other star campaigners.
The party is learned to be drive the entire campaign by state-of-the-art technology including GPS enabled raths. The control centre will be based in Bihar capital Patna to micromanage the entire elections.
One of the major weapons of technology for BJP will be its raths. It would be equipped with large screens to play videos about the change the party has brought in after winning the parliamentary elections with full majority.
