Monday was a reviving day of Congress cadre in the state with the roadshow of Priyanka Gandhi, who made her political debut lately. She and brother Rahul arrived in Lucknow to kick-off 2019 Lok Sabha elections campaign.

Speaking to the press Sidharth said the Gandhi-Vadra family is currently facing serious corruption charges and can’t hold a roadshow but a “chor show.”

Sidharth added voters will see the true faces of Vadra, who is currently on bail, as he has looted Rs 12 lakh crore of India.

MLC Deepak Singh from Congress responded to the statement of Sidharth saying people trust party president Rahul Gandhi and under his leadership Congress grabbed Assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh.

He added the Rafale issue is giving sleepless nights to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP has become jitterier following the political debut of Priyanka Gandhi.

It is believed Priyanka is the trump court of Congress in reviving the party’s fortune in the state. Her roadshow of more than 20 km witnessed huge turnout.

Following the roadshow Rahul Gandhi addressed the crowd in Lucknow attacking Modi-led government on the Rafale issue. He said Congerss will play on front food in Uttar Pradesh.

Rahul added, “Till a Congress ideology government is installed here, we will not rest and ensure justice for farmers, the youth and the poor.”
