BlackBerry’s Android-Based Venice Smartphone Images Leaked Online
Now BlackBerry is all set to lure Android customers. It is preparing to launch Venice, the first ever Android device from its factory.
Few images of the device have been leaked online by several sources and every angle of it can be seen.
It is said the BlackBerry Venice Android-based smartphone comes with a large and slightly curved display. It runs on Android Lollipop mobile operating system. The full quarty keyboard is back again even with a big-sized screen. it can be access by simply sliding the display.
On the top part the devices houses SIM and microSD slots. The power button and volume rocker is on the right side where as the rear part comes mounted with a 18-megapixel camera equipped with Fast Focus and Optical Image Stabilization. For bright snapping a dual-LED flash is attached too.
Experts believe the Venice will come with a slightly tweaked Android version to accommodate some dedicated features of its own.
BlackBerry some ten years ago was completely different than what it is today. Mobile enthusiast knows it was one of the leading companies in the world, but now it is struggling hard to regain the lost territory. However, with the Android-based phone the company may possibly be able to open a new chapter in its history.
Critics say if BlackBerry ultimately wanted to run its smartphone on Android OS, it should have done this long ago. Well, better late than never.
