BSNL Launches ‘Rakhi Pe Saugaat’ Offer With Unlimited Voice Call

Amid high-voltage competition among the wireless carriers following the launch of Jio from the stable of Reliance the state-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has its own share to offer to its customers. A new plan called ‘Rakhi pe Saugaat’ has been announced just ahead of Raksha Bandhan for the prepaid customers. It comes at Rs. 74 and the benefits are unlimited on-net calls, talk value, and data benefits.

Even though the validity of the plan is just for five days, but the unlimited voice calls on-net and 1GB of data will attract the customers. This offer can be availed starting August 3, and will go on for 12 days.

In a press statement BSNL Director R.K. Mittal said the state-owned operator is maintaining its tradition by offering such cheapest tariffs on festivities.

More to this, BSNL is also offering couple of combos like Rs. 189, Rs. 289, and Rs. 389 with 18 percent extra talk value and 1GB of free data.

Earlier, the wireless carrier launched the ‘Sixer 666′ pack offering 120GB data for 60 days with a cap of 2GB per day.

For the postpaid customers too the carrier has launched data-focused plan in an attempt to counter the rival companies. Under Plan 99 subscribers will get 250MB of data and with Plan 225 a data offer of 1GB.
