Congress frequently accusing me, am victim of one-sided oppression: Modi

Spread the love

Addressing a rally in Haryana’s Kurukshetra the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi attacked Congress of accusing him repeatedly saying he is a victim of one-sided oppression.

Modi criticized the Congress for abusing him and said they are showing their love in such a way. It is unfortunate they are praising the prime minister of Pakistan instead of supporting the strong action taken by his government in ensuring rescue of wing-commander Abhinandan Varthaman, the pilot who was taken into custody by Pakistani force during aerial attack.

He urged the people to spread the message on social platforms that Modi is undergoing one-sided oppression.

Earlier, several senior Congress leaders including former prime minister Manmohan Singh wrote to President Ram Nath Kovind to caution Modi against using threatening and unwarranted language.

Meanwhile, TIME magazine has covered a story on Modi titled “Modi is India’s Best Hope for Economic Reform.”

Congress, Modi

In the may 2015 issue too Modi appeared on the cover of TIME. Couple of time Modi grabbed the rank of TIME Person of the Year in the magazine’s online readers’ poll.

In one of his recent rallies Modi said no record of surgical strike in UPA-era was found. He accused West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee too saying she is insulting constitution for not considering him as PM.
