Microsoft Expects Windows 10 To Be Used In 1 Billion Devices Within 3 Years

Within a month of launching of Windows 10 the software giant Microsoft revealed more than 75 million devices across the world are running on the latest operating system.

There are two three ways to get Windows 10. One is to buy at a price tag of $119 and next is to get qualified for free upgrade. If both fails, user need to be covered by a license.

Meanwhile, Windows marketing Chief Yusuf Mehdi has also revealed more than 90,000 PC and tablet from more than 190 countries have upgraded to Windows 10.

Mehdi also thanked some of the celebrities who upgraded the newest OS. He tweeted the names of Lady Gaga, Kim Kardashian and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

He also added that the new OS can also boost up the sale of apps in the Windows Store. This may result with more revenues to the company.

Until now the response for Windows 10 is impressive unlike the Windows 8 that was criticized for elimination of start button and some more features.

More to all these, the Windows 10 is offering integration with Xbox Live, Windows Store, Groove Music, Office 365 and OneDrive to reach more and more people.

Microsoft is estimating in next three years time its Windows 10 will be used in one billion devices across the world.
