Microsoft Launches Laptop To Compete MacBook Pro – Surface Book
Finally Microsoft has unveiled its own version of laptop to compete directly with the Apple’s MacBook Pro. Dubbed as Surface Book, the device is seriously impressive.
Sporting 13.5-inch touch display, the new Surface Book is a laptop-tablet hybrid. It is powered by Intel Core i5 processor and 128GB on-board storage. It is fueled by a strong battery to provide a life of about 12 hours.
Microsoft has priced tagged the entry level model at $1,499. The end version costs $2,699 and comes equipped with a Core i7 processor and 512GB of memory.
Remember, the 13-inch MacBook Pro of Apple starts at $1,299. It comes with Intel Core i7 processor, 1TB flash memory and 10 hours of battery life.
Microsoft claims it to the ultimate laptop that is designed to go head-to-head with MacBook Pro and also with the premium Windows laptops.
The hybrid device weighs about 3.34-pound and gives a feel of solid and sturdy. It looks pretty as a whole. It has smartly designed keyboard and completes the picture of laptop by housing two USB 3.0 ports, Mini Display Port, an SD card slot and Surface charging port too. The screen gives a resolution of 3,000 x 2,000 pixels, which is more than Apple’s MacBook Pro.
