Monday Was D-Day For Facebook, 1M People Logged In
Facebook[NASDAQ:FB] achieved one of the best milestones in its life on Monday. More than 1 billion people logged on the platform. Never before so many users used the social platform in a single day.
According to founder Mark Zuckerberg, one-in-seven people on the planet used its platform on Monday. Isn’t this mean 15 percent of the world’s population?
On his profile page he explained in June this year the social giant had 968 million daily active users.
It seems now it is very clearly evident Facebook is far ahead of Google+[NASDAQ:GOOG] and Twitter[NYSE:TWTR]. Well, as long as the service is free, it is a good product.
