Nintendo To Release Super Mario Run On Android In March

The Android users need to wait further for about two months more to get the Super Mario Run. Nintendo has just announced not to release the game until March 2017.

Nintendo released the Super Mario Run for the Apple iOS devices for more than a month now.

In its official Twitter handle the gaming giant tweeted, “The Android version of Super Mario Run will be delivered in March 2017.”

Nintendo reminded Android users to sign up for the game on Google Play Store to pre-register to get notification once the game is made available on the operating system.

The gaming company first unveiled Super Mario Run last year in September during the Apple’s iPhone 7 event and the game was released on December 15 on the OS for free. However, players need to pay $9.99 to unlock the full game, which is beyond three levels.

In four days after the release the game garnered forty million downloads from the Apple App Store and since then has become the fastest-selling iOS game too.

Nintendo also confirmed lately its next mobile game dubbed as Fire Emblem: Heroes. The title will be released on February 2 on both the platforms – iOS and Android.

Fire Emblem: Heroes will be a strategy RPG game.
