Pakistan Finally Admits LeT, JeM Operates From Its Soil

Finally Pakistan admits the global terror organizations Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) operates from its soil and Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif called for a tougher action against the two while speaking to a media house on Wednesday.

BRICS nations signed a declaration recently the two organizations are global terror outfits. Pakistan’s “all weather ally” China too nodded a Yes to it.

Asif said, “We should impose restrictions on activities of elements like LeT and JeM so that we can show the global community that we’ve put our house in order.”

Meanwhile, the Foreign Office and Defence Minister Khurram Dastgir have rejected the BRICS declaration blaming Afghanistan is providing safe havens to the terrorists.

During a meeting of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Defence Dastgir said they are rejecting the declaration at the BRICS Summit.

Called as the Xiamen Declaration, the BRICS nations signed at the 9th BRICS Summit condemning terrorism in all the forms and calling for the adoption of comprehensive approach in fighting the menace like movement of terrorists, recruitment and even radicalization.

The declaration reads, “BRICS express concern on the security situation in the region and violence caused by the Taliban, ISIL/DAISH, Al-Qaida and its affiliates including Eastern Turkistan Islamic Movement, Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan, the Haqqani network, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammad, TTP and Hizb ut-Tahrir.”
