Road Construction Ordered in Sector 75- 80, Gurgaon

12/07/2016: On July 9th, the HUDA government announced the building of roads in and around the areas of sector 75 to sector 80 in Gurgaon. Excellent infrastructure is the backbone for any development and roads being the very important part of it. This step would lead to an increased connectivity in the city, thereby benefiting realtors, buyers and residents alike.

We are glad to hear about the construction of roads connecting sectors in new Gurgaon. The development will improve connectivity to these areas, making commuting easier for the residents. In fact, it will make these upcoming sectors an even more attractive option for the potential buyers.”

As the area around Sector75-80 are still in the developing stage, it is important to increase the accessibility to the main Gurgaon. This step will not only prove beneficial for people already residing in the area but also for those who are looking into buying houses around the same.

The Urban authority has requested the state government to provide Rs. 2, 546 Crore to pay to the land owners. A market price fixation committee that met under the chairmanship of administrator Yashpal Yadav has fixed the acquisition rate of land in Naurangpur (102 acres) at Rs. 3.20 crore per acre, Shikohpur (108 acres) at Rs 4.64 crore per acre, KherkiDaula (86 acres) at Rs. 2.70 crore per acre, and BegumpurKhatola (4.68 acres) at Rs 3.26 crore per acre.

With such developments, the millennium city is hopeful of seeing an improvement for the real estate sector.
