Selfie-Centric Vivo X7, X7 Plus Launched In China, Releasing Jul 7, 15
Vivo has come up with two new flagship smartphones dubbed as Viva X7 and Vivo X7 Plus. Both are said to be selfie-centric devices and is believed to be copy of Oppo’s F1 series.
The smartphones are equipped with unibody metal design and crafted out of one piece aluminium-magnesium alloy. The manufacturer claims new design offers better grip in hand.
Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 652 processor, 4GB of RAM and Adreno 510 GPU graphics processor, the Vivo X7 and X7 Plus comes in Gold and Rose Gold color options.
Both the devices feature fingerprint scanner, 64GB on-board storage, 16-megapixel front camera with an f/2 aperture, 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and PDAF (phase detection auto focus).
The Vivo X7 sports a 5.2-inch full-HD Super AMOLED screen equipped with a 2.5D curved glass and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Funtouch OS 2.5.1. It is fueled by a 3,000 mAh battery with the support of fast charging. The connectivity features include Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/ A-GPS, Wi-Fi and LTE as well.
The Vivo X7 Plus comes with a 5.7-inch full-HD Super AMOLED screen and similar 2.5D curved glass. Most of the features of the device are same as the younger sibling. However, it comes with much stronger battery of 4,000 mAh and 16-megapixel rear camera.
Both the devices have been launched in China. The Vivo X7 is learned to be hitting the stores on July 7 for CNY 2,498 and the Vivo X7 Plus will be made available from July 15.
Pricing of X7 Plus is yet to be announced.
