Yogi claims BJP to get 74 seats in Uttar Pradesh

Uttar Pradesh sends a total eighty leaders from several parties to the parliament in each Lok Sabha elections and chief minister Yogi Adityanath claims 74 of them would be from Bharatiya Janata Party in the upcoming polls.

Adityanath said BJP is not seeking to grab all eighty seats as the party does not want to wipe out opposition completely from the state.

Two seats are stronghold for Samajwadi Party and Congress. Azamgarh is home turf of SP supremo Mulayam Singh and Amethi is the place from where Congress has always emerged as winner. The CM claims both the seats will be won by BJP.

Adityanath added Congress is not posing a challenge in Uttar Pradesh and the party will not be able to win any seat due to tsunami of Modi.

In 2014 Lok Sabha elections Congress managed getting just two seats in Uttar Pradesh out of eighty.

Adityanath further said, “There might be a triangular contest on some seats but it will be mostly one-sided as the BJP will win most of seats.”

Commenting on three-day boat tour of Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi from Prayagraj to Varanasi he said it is good the leader is seeing the amazing work done by BJP for the Ganges River.
