Encounter wrapped in Valley, 3 JeM key terrorists killed

In less than 100 hours from the massive suicide attack, one of the deadliest in decades, in Pulwama by Pakstan-based terror group that killed more than forty CRPF jawan India eliminated Jaish-e-Mohammad leadership from Kashmir valley, said Army on Tuesday.

Briefing to the media in brief Corps Commander of Chinar Corps Kanwal Jeet Singh Dhillon said three JeM terrorists have been killed in a 16-hour encounter.

The press conference was addressed in Srinagar with J&K Police. KJS Dhillon added the commander who plotted Pulwama attack too has been killed in the encounter.

Adding further he said those individual who will pick up gun will be eliminated and killed. He urged mothers to ensure their sons abandon militancy as mothers need to play a big role in a Kashmiri society.

The Lieutenant-General Dhillon said, “In a Kashmiri society, a mother has a great role to play. Through you, I would request the mothers of Kashmir to please request their sons who have joined terrorism to surrender and get back to mainstream. Anyone who has picked up the gun will be killed and eliminated, unless he surrenders.”

Dhillon confirmed Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) was involved in the Pulwama attack and top leadership of the agency is being tracked.

He asid, “It was being controlled from across by ISIS and JeM commanders.”

Two of the terrorists who were killed in Monday’s encounter are identified as Kamran and Abdul Rasheed alias Ghazi.
