The same was also mentioned earlier in Friday in the Budget of Union government.

Modi added that his government has started extending the Kisan Credit Card facilities to fishermen and will be implementing the Matsya Sampada Yojana for the segment.

In the 2019 manifest his Bharatiya Janata Party has mentioned to be allocating Rs 10,000 crore under the policy to ensure availability of storage and marketing tools including ice plants and cold storages.

Attacking the opposition parties the prime minister said Congress and its allies have stooped to extreme low levels and called Army chief as a goonda.

He added the oppositions are not trusting Armed Forces of the country and hence demanding for proof of surgical strike in the Pakistan occupied Kashmir.
