Indian Telecoms Offering Unlimited Voice Calls Following Jio’s Success

Night call charges, pulse rates by minute and similarly with seconds are just a thing of the past. The Indian telecom operators have now unleashes a tariff war following the grand success of Reliance Jio that is also believed to eating away customers of rival networks. However, once again consumer is the king.

Bharti Aritel and Idea Cellular are one of the first to update their plans to match with that of Mukesh Ambani’s Jio. Both the operators have come up with unlimited free Local and STD voice calls. Below are the details:


Idea Rs 348 Pack

The operator is offering free voice calls to any network at any time across India along with a 1GB 4G data for customers using 4G handset. Those who are using the non-4G phone will get 50MB data bundled with the same voice call offer.

Airtel Rs 345 Pack

Similarly Airtel too is offering free voice calls to any network across India throughout the day and throughout the night along with 1GB of free 4G data. For non-4G device the data offered will be 50MB compiled with the same voice call offer.

Take note, the pack has a validity of 28 days. So, don’t forget to renew it on 29th day instead of thinking the data is for one-month validity.
