Neighboring country Nepal congratulated Narendra Modi for the landslide victory and wishes all success for next five years. He added to look forward working closely with the Indian prime minister.

Sri Lankan PM Wickremesinghe tweeted congratulations to Modi and said looking forward to working closely with him.

Aam Aadmi Party congratulated Bharatiya Janata Party for the victory saying it is hoped Prime Minister Narendra Modi would do good work for the country in next five years.

National capital Delhi has seven constituencies and BJP is leading in all the seats and AAP is trailing in two.
